Summer Rentals at Gutenberg College

Gutenberg’s main building. A variety of rooms is available for rent by day, week, or month during the summer. Rent includes use of the kitchen, TV room, laundry facilities, bike room, and common areas. The building is conveniently located in the University of Oregon neighborhood and within 2.5 miles of downtown Eugene—the perfect location for Eugene visitors attending classes, workshops, or local festivals. 2009 rental rates for single rooms: $30 per night, $180 per week, $450 per month. A limited number of shared rooms are also available: $45 per night, $270 per week, $675 per month.

The Wright House. This lovely three-level, 2,500-square-foot house is ideal for individuals and families who want the convenience of the University location but prefer the comfort and privacy of a family home. Located two houses north of Gutenberg's main building and one block from UO's Hayward Field, the house has 4 bedrooms (beds for eight but easily sleeps more), 2½ baths, a dining room, a large living room, and a large family room. The house has beds for six but can easily sleep more. 2009 rental rates (includes cleaning fees): weekdays $340 per night (Sunday–Thursday); weekends $440 per night (Friday–Saturday); $1,995 per week; $2,495 per month.
